This book will offer some convenient alternatives to bring to parties, get-togethers, and gatherings. I like that it includes so many flavorful, non-dairy recipes. I love the photos!

... I'm not a fan of sweeteners, including natural & artificial, and most of the recipes include some form of sweetener. (Hence the lowered stars)... But I will try the recipes without the sweeteners because they look good otherwise.

I felt disappointed when I looked through this book and found a lot of recipes that I was attracted to contained eggs (even a large number of eggs). If your body doesn't tolerate eggs then this book is not for you - dairy seems to have swapped for (hard-boiled) eggs. BUT there are a lot of lovely, tasty recipes and I suppose as time goes on and my confidence and understanding of the Keto diet grows I'll find something that will be a good substitute for eggs.

Yes, they are easy recipes!

I really like this cookbook because the recipes all have simple, in my pantry/freezer, ingredients! I can always find a recipe where I don't have to make a special trip to store first! Recipes turning out very well, would appreciate modifications to use my Airfryer! Thx Maria!

More awesome recipes

I cannot give enough praise to the recipes that are so flavorful and don't leave you wanting for anything. This lifestyle is a much easier journey with fabulous recipes and years worth of research to provide the insight of what our bodies need, versus what processed crap is marketed to us.

Good dairy free recipes, a lot of them use swerve (type of sweetner Maria (author) recommends).
May try some of the recipes another time.
